We&#8217;ve also\u00a0been fortunate to have great customers offering their input and feedback along the way.<\/p>\n<p>Our customers rely on us the most while out\u00a0in the field, so it was important that we focused on delivering a better user experience for mobile and tablet users.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We&#8217;re now excited to release\u00a0version 4 of the Property Inspect\u00a0App!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This version takes us even closer to our class-leading online report editor. All items, descriptions, conditions, actions and photos are now listed and editable from one page, making it faster to complete with less clicks and a better sense of progress.<\/p>\n<p>Our Assisted Text-entry powered by a\u00a0customisable Dictionary lets you easily complete long sentences in a few taps of the keyboard, such as typing <em>&#8216;mtlhs&#8217;<\/em> to add &#8216;marked to left hand side&#8217; or &#8216;<em>fwt<\/em>&#8216; for &#8216;fair wear and\u00a0tear&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-861 size-full\" style=\"float: left;\" src=\"https:\/\/inventorybase.com\/email\/inventorybase_app.gif\" alt=\"Property Inspection App\" width=\"350\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Other input formats include Checklists for Yes-No-N.A, Clean-Undamaged-Working, or even star ratings.<\/p>\n<p>With our wide range of inspection formats and inputs, customers are using Property Inspect\u00a0to create all kinds\u00a0of reports:<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>&#8211; Inventory &amp; Schedule of Condition<br \/>\n&#8211; Move\u00a0In\/Move\u00a0Out<br \/>\n&#8211; Interim \/ Periodic Inspections<br \/>\n&#8211; Legionella Risk Assessments<br \/>\n&#8211; Hotel\/Resort Rental Inspections<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0Building\u00a0Inspections<br \/>\n&#8211; Multi-family, and more&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Customisable templates and inspection types give you the ability to cover a wide range of inspections and just choose the format you\u00a0need when you\u00a0need it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here\u2019s a complete list of updates:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>All items and inputs now show inline on a room-by-room basis. Add descriptions and conditions side-by-side for detailed condition\u00a0reports\u00a0or tap through checklists to conduct regular inspections faster, adding optional comments, actions and photos, all on one page<\/li>\n<li>New Preview page now linked directly from the rooms list, take a quick glance\u00a0of the final report without having to mark it complete, which you can do from the Preview page itself<\/li>\n<li>Better support for both Portrait and Landscape modes on smartphones and tablets<\/li>\n<li>Support for up to 6 custom condition labels on Simplified rooms\/checklists<\/li>\n<li>Email addresses are no longer a required field when taking signatures, but if they&#8217;re entered we&#8217;ll automatically tell tenants when their reports are reviewed and\/or ready to view online<\/li>\n<li>Better built in Audio\/dictation to outsource to our transcription team for typing up<\/li>\n<li>Support for recording video as additional supporting evidence or to create video-based inspections (iOS only at this time, Android soon)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Customise Property Inspect\u00a0to suit your business<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>People regularly ask us what sets us apart from the competition with our product, and while we may have a long list of USPs we know what our customers <em>really<\/em> love is the level of customisation that Property Inspect\u00a0offers.
